Media Advisory: Minister Bennett to Lead Roundtable Discussion on Violence Prevention

The The Honourable Cathy Bennett, Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, will lead a roundtable discussion focused on cyber violence on Monday, February 13. The discussion takes place at the Hungry Heart Café, 142 Military Road, St. John’s, at 9:30 a.m. The minister will be joined by representatives from organizations and groups to talk about cyber violence and prevention measures.

February is Violence Prevention Month which is a time to educate and promote awareness on all forms of violence. For more information on supports available to prevent violence, please visit www.gov.nl.ca/vpi.
