Media Advisory: Minister Mitchelmore to Attend Funding Announcement in Bishop’s Falls

The Honourable Christopher Mitchelmore, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, will join Scott Simms, Member of Parliament for Coast of Bays-Central-Notre Dame, on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development and Minister responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, in Bishop’s Falls tomorrow (Thursday, April 20) for a funding announcement related to tourism initiatives.

Minister Mitchelmore and MP Simms will be joined by Jerry Dean, MHA for Exploits.

This outdoor event will begin at 10:00 a.m. at 559 Main Street, weather permitting. If weather is inclement, the event will be held at Bishop’s Falls Fire Hall, 446 Main Street.
