Media Advisory: Minister Mitchelmore to Join MP Whelan for Launch of Community Sector Council of Newfoundland and Labrador Pilot Project

The Honourable Christopher Mitchelmore, Minister of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development, will join Nick Whelan, Member of Parliament for St. John’s East, for the launch of the Community Sector Council of Newfoundland and Labrador’s financial management pilot project tomorrow (Wednesday, January 11). The event is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. at the Community Sector Council office, 25 Anderson Avenue, St. John's.

This new pilot project will improve financial management practices of community groups in the Northeast Avalon and Central regions of the province.
