Media Advisory: Minister Hawkins to Announce Projects to Enhance Settlement Services and Supports
The Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour, will announce successful applicants for funding through the Newfoundland and Labrador Settlement and Integration Program tomorrow (Thursday, December 21), at 2:00 p.m. at the Excite Building, 32 Queensway Park, Grand Falls-Windsor.
The Newfoundland and Labrador Settlement and Integration Program assists community-based organizations, including public and non-governmental organizations, to provide settlement services and supports to encourage newcomer integration and retention.
