Representatives Appointed to College of the North Atlantic Board of Governors
The Provincial Government has appointed two student representatives to the College of the North Atlantic (CNA) Board of Governors. Effective January 26, 2017, Jessica Brown and Owen Davis have both been appointed for two-year terms.

The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador recognizes the value of post-secondary education for students, their communities and the economy of the province. The inclusion of students such as Ms. Brown and Mr. Davis in the governance process is integral to the ongoing success of the college.”

The Board of Governors is CNA’s corporate body responsible for overseeing, managing and directing the college including its financial operations and academic programming. Student representatives are nominated by the College of the North Atlantic Student Union and appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council.
