Media Advisory: Minister Hawkins to Attend Meeting of Council of Ministers Responsible for Transportation and Highway Safety

The Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Transportation and Works, will attend the Council of Ministers Responsible for Transportation and Highway Safety meetings tomorrow (Wednesday, September 28) at the Sheraton Centre Hotel, 123 Queen Street West, Toronto. The meetings of federal, provincial and territorial colleagues advance key strategies for strengthening transportation in Canada.

While in Toronto, Minister Hawkins will address delegates at the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) Conference and Exhibition at 12:50 p.m. at the Sheraton Centre Toronto. TAC promotes the importance of transportation to Canada's economy and provides a forum to exchange ideas and information related to the Canadian transportation and roadways sectors.
