The Honourable Siobhan Coady, Minister of Natural Resources, will speak at the opening of the 40^th Annual Newfoundland and Labrador Folk Festival today (Friday, August 5). The opening takes place at Bannerman Park, St. John’s, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
