Public Advisory: Important Update on Support Enforcement Payments

The Support Enforcement Program (SEP) has resumed sending support payments via Canada Post. SEP will continue to monitor ongoing negotiations at Canada Post and will update support clients as the need arises.

To avoid potential delays with your payment should a strike occur, please contact the SEP at 709-637-2608 (toll free 1-855-637-2606) to discuss direct bank deposit options. Clients who currently receive support payments by direct deposit will be unaffected by a potential postal disruption.
