Media Advisory: Presentation of Certificates for
Women in Leadership Law Enforcement Program

There will be a presentation of certificates for the participants of the Women in Leadership Law Enforcement Program today (Thursday, May 19). The presentation will begin at 3:00 p.m. at the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Memorial Campus at Fort Townshend in St.John's.

The goal of the Women in Leadership Law Enforcement Program is to encourage female leadership in law enforcement agencies and to develop networks among women who work in law enforcement. Twenty women from the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Division, Sheriff's Office, and Adult Custody completed this week's program.
