Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary to Speak at Stella's Circle AGM

Bernard Davis, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable John Haggie, Minister of Health and Community Services, will speak at Stella's Circle Annual General Meeting today (Thursday, September 29). The meeting will take place at Gower Street United Church at 4:00 p.m.

Based in St. John's, Stella's Circle is a non-profit organization that offers programs and support to individuals facing barriers to successful community inclusion. This includes residential and non-residential counselling services, employment services and supportive housing.
