Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary to Participate in National Cancer Survivors’ Day Walk

Bernard Davis, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable John Haggie, Minister of Health and Community Services, will participate in a walk to recognize National Cancer Survivors’ Day on Sunday, June 5. The event will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Daffodil Place, 70 Ropewalk Lane, St. John’s.

The Provincial Government, along with its partners Eastern Health, the Canadian Cancer Society, the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation and Young Adult Cancer Canada, encourages survivors, their family members and friends, health care professionals and the public to participate in this celebration.
