Media Advisory: Premier Ball to Participate in Fixed Wing Search and Rescue Announcement

The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will join the Honourable Judy Foote, federal Minister of Public Services and Procurement, for a fixed wing search and rescue announcement tomorrow (Tuesday, December 20).

Premier Ball and Minister Foote will be joined by the Honourable Christopher Mitchelmore, Minister of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development; the Honourable Cathy Bennett, Minister of Finance and MHA for Windsor Lake; Nick Whalen, Member of Parliament for St. John’s East; Seamus O’Regan, Member of Parliament for St. John’s South-Mount Pearl; and Ken MacDonald, Member of Parliament for Avalon‎.

The event is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. at PAL Aerospace Ltd., Hangar 1, RCAF Road, St. John’s.
