Media Advisory: Minister Bennett to Attend Meeting of Ministers Responsible for the Status of Women

The Honourable Cathy Bennett, Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, will attend the Federal/Provincial/Territorial meeting of Ministers Responsible for the Status of Women on September 14-15 in Edmonton.

Topics of importance to Newfoundland and Labrador that will be discussed at the meetings include violence prevention, gender wage gap, childcare and parental leave, and gender-based analysis.
