Media Advisory: Council of Atlantic Premiers to Meet in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia
Premier Stephen McNeil will host the 28th session of the Council of Atlantic Premiers in Annapolis Royal, NS, on May 16, 2016. Premiers Brian Gallant, Dwight Ball, and Wade MacLauchlan will attend.
Location
Premiers will meet at the Hillsdale Inn in Annapolis Royal.
Information for Media
Media will be provided with a photo opportunity with premiers at 11:05 a.m. at the Hillsdale House Inn, 519 St. George Street, Annapolis Royal.
Photo journalists are requested to be available beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the grounds of the Hillsdale House Inn.
A media conference with the Atlantic Premiers will be held at 12:30 p.m. in the Queen Anne Inn, 494 St. George St., in Annapolis Royal. Simultaneous interpretation services will be provided during the media conference.
Media releases issued from the meeting will be distributed by each province's communications office following the meeting and will be accessible at www.cap-cpma.ca.
Please note that:
- All media representatives, including journalists, photographers, camera operators, and technicians, are requested to register by submitting their name, affiliation and contact information by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12, to Sylvie Martin at smartin@cap-cpma.ca or 902-424-3453.
- Only registered media will receive updates to the meeting schedule via email or text message.
