Media Advisory: Premier and Minister to Participate in Heavy Civil Association of Newfoundland and Labrador Annual General Meeting

The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, and the Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Transportation and Works, will participate in the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Heavy Civil Association of Newfoundland and Labrador this week. The AGM will take place on January 14-15, at the Holiday Inn St. John�s, 180 Portugal Cove Road.

Minister Hawkins will address delegates at the AGM luncheon on Thursday, January 14, beginning at 12:00 p.m.

Premier Ball will address delegates at the AGM closing dinner on Friday, January 15, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The Heavy Civil Association of Newfoundland and Labrador is a member-based organization representing the interests of the road construction, water and sewer and heavy construction industries. More information about the association and its AGM can be found at //heavycivilnl.ca/ external link.
