Media Advisory: Minister Trimper to Participate in Atlantic Environment Ministers' Meetings
The Honourable Perry Trimper, Minister of Environment and Conservation and Minister Responsible for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, will attend a meeting of Atlantic environment ministers tomorrow (Tuesday, August 9) at the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21, 1055 Marginal Road, Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Atlantic ministers will be joined by the Honourable Catherine McKenna, Minister of Environment and Climate Change Canada.
The ministers hope to advance discussions on climate change and clean electricity in the region while stimulating economic growth and job opportunities.
