The Honourable Dale Kirby, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, will address the Rotary Club of St. John's Northwest. Minister Kirby will be speaking about Early Learning and Literacy in Newfoundland and Labrador

The event will take place at the Holiday Inn at 12:30 p.m. today (Tuesday, September 6).
