Public Advisory: T'Railway Provincial Park Closure Extended from Gander to Mary March Brook

The T'Railway Provincial Park closure is extended from Gander to Mary March Brook, approximately 45 kilometres west of Badger. This section of the T'Railway is closed to all users due to damage caused by recent significant rainfall.

The public is reminded that using vehicular traffic on the T'Railway to avoid road closures is illegal and extremely dangerous. Due to washouts and damage, emergency crews are unable to reach anyone along the T'Railway if an emergency were to occur.

Users of the T'Railway Provincial Park are advised to use extreme caution as other areas of the trail may be affected by recent heavy rainfall. To report damage, please contact the Parks and Natural Areas Division at trailway@gov.nl.ca or by telephone at 637-2040.
