Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary to Speak at Kids Eat Smart Week Kick-Off Event
Derek Bennett, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Sherry Gambin-Walsh, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development, will speak at the official kick-off of Kids Eat Smart Week in Newfoundland and Labrador. The event takes place on Monday, October 3, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Rennie's River Elementary, 150 Elizabeth Avenue, St. John's.
Kids Eat Smart week runs from October 3-7 and celebrates the work and support of the many donors and 6,000 volunteers who support Kids Eat Smart clubs throughout the province.
