Atlantic Ministers Responsible for Social Services Meet in Fredericton
The ministers responsible for social services in the Atlantic provinces met in Fredericton, New Brunswick, today to discuss a number of topics of mutual interest for the region.
“As ministers responsible for social services in the Atlantic provinces, we understand the commonalities that exist in the delivery of these services. We had meaningful discussions around key values such as income assistance, supports to employment, child and family services, and removing and preventing barriers for persons with disabilities.”

The ministers are united in their commitment to collaborate and share information and develop practices that best serve Atlantic Canadians.
