Media Advisory: Minister Mitchelmore to Address Maritime and Arctic Security and Safety Conference

The Honourable Christopher Mitchelmore, Minister of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development, will speak at the 2016 Maritime and Arctic Security and Safety Conference (MASS16), hosted by the Aerospace and Defence Industry Association of Newfoundland and Labrador, tomorrow (Thursday, October 27). The event takes place at the St. John’s Convention Centre, beginning at 9:00 a.m. This year’s theme – Converging Interests – highlights the industry’s challenges with operating in northern and maritime environments.

The Aerospace and Defence Industry Association of Newfoundland and Labrador facilitates the development of business opportunities in the aerospace, defence and security sectors and acts as a common forum for all Newfoundland and Labrador aerospace and defence companies, agencies, and other interested stakeholders.
