The Honourable Christopher Mitchelmore, Minister of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development, will speak at the Arctic Technology Conference Monday, October 24.
The event begins at 8:45 a.m. at the St. John's Convention Centre.
The Arctic Technology Conference is an international conference that addresses the cutting-edge technologies and innovative practices needed for offshore oil exploration and production in the Arctic.
