Media Advisory: Minister Mitchelmore to Speak at Canadian Manufacturing and Exporters Conference

The Honourable Christopher Mitchelmore, Minister of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development, will speak at Leveraging LEAN: The Power of Continuous Improvement, hosted by Canadian Manufacturing and Exporters, Newfoundland and Labrador division (CME-NL). The event begins at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday, October 13) at the Hampton Inn & Suites, St. John's.

Canadian Manufacturing and Exporters (CME) is Canada's largest trade and industry association, representing more than 10,000 companies nationwide while working with more than 100,000 companies. This year's conference will allow companies to meet with their peers and learn firsthand how lean manufacturing can assist them in increasing productivity.
