Media Advisory: Minister Mitchelmore to Make Funding Announcement in St. Anthony

The Honourable Christopher Mitchelmore, Minister of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development, will be in St. Anthony tomorrow (Saturday, September 10) to announce funding for St. Anthony Basin Resources Incorporated (SABRI) to be used for tourism initiatives on the Northern Peninsula. Minister Mitchelmore will be joined by MP Gudie Hutchings on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development and Minister responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA).

The event will take place at 1:00 p.m. at the SABRI Office, 1 East Street, St. Anthony.
