Media Advisory: Minister Mitchelmore to Visit Cupid's Cove Plantation

The Honorable Chris Mitchelmore, Minister of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development, will be in Cupids tomorrow (Wednesday, June 1) to visit the Cupid's Cove Plantation Provincial Historic Site. The Minister will tour the site at 10:00 a.m.

Cupids Cove Plantation is an active archaeological dig on the site of a colony established by John Guy in 1610 - the first attempt at permanent English settlement in what would become Canada.
