Media Advisory: Minister Byrne to Attend Stella’s Circle Event

The Honourable Gerry Byrne, Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour, will bring greetings at an event tomorrow (Tuesday, November 1) in support of the Stella's Circle Changing Lives Campaign. The event will take place at Stella's Circle Employment Services Centre, 114 Cabot Street, St. John's, beginning 10:00 a.m.

The Stella's Circle Changing Lives Campaign began in 2013 to raise funds to create an Employment Services Centre on Cabot Street. To date, almost $3 million has been raised.

The Employment Services Centre provides a range of career and employment services to assist individuals in making a successful transition to the labour market. Programs within Employment Services are primarily funded by the Provincial Government.
