Media Advisory: Minister to Make Funding Announcement in Placentia
The Honourable Darin King, Minister of Justice and Public Safety and Minister Responsible for Fire and Emergency Services-Newfoundland and Labrador, will make a funding announcement today (Tuesday, September 8) at 7:30 p.m. at the Placentia Volunteer Fire Department's Fire Hall in Freshwater.
Minister King will be joined by the Honourable Felix Collins, Attorney General and MHA for Placentia - St. Mary's, as well as Wayne Power, Mayor of the Town of Placentia.
