Public Advisory: Support Enforcement Office Closure

The Department of Justice and Public Safety wishes to advise the public that the Support Enforcement Office located in the Sir Richard Squires Building in Corner Brook, will close at noon tomorrow (Thursday, April 16), and will remain closed on Friday, April 17.

The closure is required to facilitate the implementation of important software and hardware upgrades to the case management system. As a result of the work, the phone system, the Integrated Voice Response system and the web portal will also be unavailable. The issuing of cheques will not be impacted.

As Monday, April 20 is a statutory holiday for the Provincial Government, the Support Enforcement Office and the web portal will be fully operational again on Tuesday, April 21.
