Media Advisory: Minister and Parliamentary Secretary to Speak at Annual General Meeting

The Honourable Vaughn Granter, Minister Responsible for the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, and Clayton Forsey, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister Responsible for the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, will address members of the Registered Professional Foresters of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Canadian Institute of Forestry - Newfoundland and Labrador Section tomorrow (Thursday, October 22) at Lion Max Simms Camp near Bishop's Falls.

Mr. Forsey will address the group at 8:30 a.m. and Minister Granter will address attendees at 1:00 p.m.

The Registered Professional Foresters of Newfoundland and Labrador look to scientific principles to manage forest ecosystems. The Canadian Institute of Forestry is the national voice of forest practitioners, representing members with a professional interest in forestry.
