Media Advisory: Minister to Attend Tree Planting Ceremony to Mark National Tree Day

To commemorate National Tree Day, the Honourable Vaughn Granter, Minister Responsible for the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, will attend a tree planting ceremony tomorrow (Wednesday, September 23) at 12:00 p.m. at Margaret Bowater Park, Corner Brook.

National Tree Day is held as part of National Forest Week, September 20-26. Minister Granter will be joined by Grade 5 students and teachers from the Humber Valley-Bay of Islands area.
