Public Advisory: Temporary Closure of Paradise Lake Forest Access Road

The Forestry and Agrifoods Agency advises that the Paradise Lake Forest Access Road, located south of the Exploits River behind the former Abitibi-Bowater newsprint mill in Grand Falls-Windsor, will be closed for approximately three days beginning Monday, August 3 to allow for the replacement of the Island Pond Bridge.

The scheduled work will see the existing bridge removed and replaced with a 30-foot steel panel bridge. The project is valued at approximately $40,000 and funded through the Provincial Government's Capital Resource Roads Program.
