"I would like to congratulate all recipients and nominees of 2015 MusicNL awards. It was my distinct pleasure to attend the awards show again this year and to recognize the remarkable musical talent that exists throughout Newfoundland and Labrador. I was pleased to present the Lifetime Achievement Award to Harry Martin and to recognize the incredible contribution he has made to our music industry. Our government is proud to support MusicNL and our local artists as they continue to play a significant role in the further development of our cultural economy."
