The following is being distributed at the request of the Council of Atlantic Premiers:
Media Advisory: Council of Atlantic Premiers to meet in Charlottetown, PEI
Premier Wade MacLauchlan will host the 26th session of the Council of Atlantic Premiers in Charlottetown on June 28, 2015. Premiers Brian Gallant, Stephen McNeil, and Deputy Premier Steve Kent will attend.
Location
Premiers will meet at the PEI Convention Centre in Charlottetown.
Information for Media
Media will be provided with a photo opportunity with premiers at the opening of the meeting at 12:30 p.m. (NDT) in the Tupper Room.
Photo journalists are requested to be available beginning at 12:15 p.m. (NDT)in the lobby outside the Tupper Room.
A press conference with the Atlantic Premiers will be held at 4:00 p.m. (NDT)in the Sir John A. Room, PEI Convention Centre. Simultaneous interpretation services will be provided during the press conference.
Media releases issued from the meeting will be distributed by each province's communications office following the meeting and will be accessible at www.cap-cpma.ca

Please note that:
- All media representatives, including journalists, photographers, camera operators, and technicians, are requested to register by submitting their name, affiliation, and contact information by 4:30 p.m. (NDT) on Thursday, June 25 to Sylvie Martin at smartin@cap-cpma.ca or 902-424-3453.
- Only registered media will receive updates to the meeting schedule via email or text message.
- The Sir John A. Room will be available from 11:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (NDT) as a media work room.
