Media Advisory: Premier to Speak at Historical Designation Ceremony

The Honourable Paul Davis, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will participate in the Thomas Ricketts Historical Designation ceremony on Sunday, May 24. The event will take place at 2:00 p.m. at the Robert French Memorial Stadium, Legion Road, C.B.S.

Thomas Ricketts is being recognized as a part the Provincial Historic Commemorations Program, a program that was developed by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to recognize important aspects of the province�s culture. The program recognizes people, places, events and traditions that make Newfoundland and Labrador unique.
