Media Advisory: Premier to Attend Opening Ceremony of the Mount Pearl Frosty Festival

The Honourable Paul Davis, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will bring greetings at the official opening of the annual Mount Pearl Frosty Festival today (Friday, February 6). The event will commence at 7:00 p.m. at the Mount Pearl Glacier, 45 Olympic Drive, Mount Pearl.

Premier Davis will be joined by the Honourable Steve Kent, Deputy Premier and Mount Pearl North MHA.

This is the 33^rd year for the festival, which runs for 10 days (February 5 - 14). Residents and visitors are encouraged to participate in the more than 60 events that are planned and experience the fun that winter has to offer.
