"Congratulations to those who were successful in this year's draw. Your participation in responsible hunting is vital to the success of our wildlife management programs and to the long-term sustainability of our wildlife. As you head out this season, please be sure to conduct all hunting activities safely, especially when handling firearms. Respect our wildlife and be mindful of the activities and interests of others when enjoying our great outdoors."
