Media Advisory: Minister to Take Part in Kids Eat Smart Fundraising Gala

The Honourable Dan Crummell, Minister of Environment and Conservation and Minister of Service NL, will speak at the annual Kids Eat Smart Foundation fundraising gala tomorrow, (Saturday, April 25) in the ballroom of the Delta Hotel in St. John's. The event begins at 7:00 p.m.

Kids Eat Smart Foundation Newfoundland and Labrador is a registered charity that supports the education, health, and well-being of school-aged children in the province through nutrition programs run by volunteers at schools and community centres.

The Provincial Government supports the Kids Eat Smart Foundation through an annual operational grant of just over $1 million.
