Environmental Assessment Bulletin

The Honourable Dan Crummell, Minister of Environment and Conservation, has announced the following event relative to Part 10 Environmental Assessment of the Environmental Protection Act.

MINISTER'S DECISION EXTENDED:

Argentia Access Road Mink Farm (Reg. 1772)

Proponent: Viking Fur Inc.

The Minister of Environment and Conservation and the proponent, Viking Fur Inc., have agreed to extend the review period for this proposal. The minister requires additional time to consider information received during the public review period which concluded on January 16, 2015. The minister's decision which was due on January 19, 2015 has been extended to February 2, 2015.
