The Honourable Nick McGrath, Minister of Transportation and Works, will speak to the Labrador North Chamber of Commerce tomorrow (Thursday, April 17). The event begins at 12:00 p.m. at the Labrador Inn, which is located at 380 Hamilton River Road in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
