Media Advisory: Minister to Announce Bicycle Safety Legislation
The Honourable Tony Cornect, Minister of Service NL, will outline new legislation respecting bicycle safety which is being introduced in the House of Assembly today. Minister Cornect will be joined by the Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Seniors, Wellness and Social Development, Dr. Sandra Luscombe, Past-President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Medical Association, and Dr. Michelle Ploughman, Newfoundland and Labrador Brain Injury Association.
The announcement will be held at 10:30 a.m. today (Tuesday, December 9) in the Media Centre, East Block, Confederation Building.
