Summary:	The Applicant requested information with respect to any improvements, changes, options, demands or solutions to search and rescue operations in the province requested by Minister Kent during meetings in Ottawa during the first week of February, 2014. The Commissioner found that the majority of the information had been properly withheld under section 23(1) (disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations or negotiations), however given the public nature of the information found in a portion of one withheld sentence, the Commissioner found that section 23(1)(a) was not applicable to that information and it should be released to the Applicant.
