The Honourable Steve Kent, Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs, will make a pre-budget 2014 funding announcement regarding municipal capital works tomorrow (Tuesday, March 11) at the Rotary Paradise Youth and Community Centre. The event will get underway at 9:00 a.m.
