The Honourable Steve Kent, Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs, will speak at the Chinese New Year Celebration Banquet tomorrow (Saturday, February 1) at the Royal Canadian Legion on the Boulevard in Pleasantville. The event gets underway at 7:00 p.m.
