Media Advisory: Minister to Make Funding Announcements in Eastern Region

The Honourable Steve Kent, Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs, will make three capital works funding announcements in the Eastern Region of the province on Monday, January 20.

At 10.00 a.m., Minister Kent will be joined by Felix Collins, MHA for Placentia - St. Mary’s, and Mayor Hilda Whalen at the Whitbourne Town Hall.

At 12:30 p.m., Minister Kent will be joined by Glen Littlejohn, MHA for Port de Grave, and Mayor Blair Hurley at the North River Town Hall.

At 2:30 p.m., Minister Kent will be joined by Glen Littlejohn, MHA for Port de Grave, and Mayor George Adams at the Upper Island Cove Ball Field.
