Media Advisory: Ministers to Join Student Celebrations Today at Memorial, Grenfell
The Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board, and the Honourable Derrick Dalley, Minister of Natural Resources, will attend events today being hosted by the Canadian Federation of Students - Newfoundland and Labrador to celebrate the Provincial Government’s historic investments in student aid, including the conversion of student loans to grants announced through Budget 2014: Shared Prosperity, Fair Society, Balanced Outlook.
Minister Johnson will attend the event taking place at the University Centre at Memorial University at 1:00 p.m. Minister Dalley will attend a second celebration at the Food Court, Grenfell Campus in Corner Brook at 2:00 p.m.
