Media Advisory: Premier and Minister to Participate in the
28th Annual Christmas Lights Ceremony on Confederation Hill
The Honourable Paul Davis, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, and the Honourable David Brazil, Minister of Transportation and Works, will kick off the Christmas season tomorrow (Thursday, December 4) with the 28th annual Christmas Lights Across Canada celebration.
The Beachy Cove Elementary School Choir and the Royal Newfoundland Regiment Band will perform and the Masters of Ceremonies will be the Hits 99.1 Morning Show hosts, Mitch Colbourne, Brian Bradley and Keliegh Butt.
The event will take in the main lobby of the Confederation Building, East Block, and will begin at 6:15 p.m.
