Plaque to Honour the WPA to be Unveiled and the Royal Newfoundland Regiment Band to
Play on Government House Grounds

Tomorrow (Thursday, October 2) at 5:45 p.m., Her Honour Patricia Fagan, wife of the Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador, will unveil a plaque on the grounds at Government House to honour the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Patriotic Association of the Women of Newfoundland.

Following the plaque unveiling, there will be an outdoor performance by the Royal Newfoundland Regiment Band.

The public are invited to attend both events.
