Media Advisory: Minister to Address First Paradise Scouts Year-End Celebration

The Honourable Steve Kent, Minister Responsible for the Office of Public Engagement, will speak at the First Paradise Scouts Year-End Celebration tomorrow (Wednesday, June 18). The event will take place at 6:00 p.m. at the Rotary Paradise Youth Community Centre, 68 McNamara Drive, Paradise.

A leading youth organization, Scouts Canada offers a world of adventure, outdoor experience and friendship for young people between the ages of five and 26 in most cities and towns across Canada. The Newfoundland and Labrador Council has 662 volunteers and 2,097 youth members, for a total membership of 2,758. For more information, visit nfldlabrador.scouts.ca/ca.
