Media Advisory: Ministers to Speak at Irving Oil Challenge Cup
The Honourable Steve Kent, Minister Responsible for the Office of Public Engagement, and the Honourable Paul Davis, Minister of Child, Youth and Family Services and MHA for Topsail, will bring greetings tonight (Thursday, April 3) at the opening of the Bantam AAA Irving Oil Challenge Cup. The event begins at 7:00 p.m. at the Glacier, Mount Pearl.
Taking place from April 3 to 6, the Irving Oil Challenge Cup has become a highlight event for hockey players aged 13 and 14 in Atlantic Canada. Over the past 23 years, it has showcased players like Sidney Crosby, Luke Adam, Colin White, James Melindy, Zach O’Brien, and Brad Yetman.
