Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary to Attend Launch of Red Cross Program in St. John’s

Tom Hedderson, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Susan Sullivan, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, will speak at the launch of the Red Cross Be Safe! program. The event will take place tomorrow (Tuesday, October 28) at St. Matthews Elementary, 115 Cowan Avenue, St. John’s, beginning at 9:30 a.m.

The Be Safe! program provides children ages 5-9, their parents, caregivers and educators the knowledge and skills to recognize, prevent and seek help for abuse and prevent abuse. For more information visit www.redcross.ca
